Ethan Horn joined the Products Liability, Toxic and Personal Injury sections of the Lanier Law Firm in 2014. He is an experienced litigator who has helped win sizeable verdicts and settlements for his clients. In 2009, Ethan was a member of the team that won the largest asbestos verdict in the country and the 50th largest overall. Ethan’s litigation experience includes representing plaintiffs nationally in a variety of complex disputes where he is known as a tireless litigator. He is a member of both the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum by virtue of his trial verdicts.
Prior to joining the Lanier Law Firm, he was a partner in a nationwide law firm based in New York City where he was responsible for overseeing the firms national asbestos department. He received a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Whittier Law School in Los Angeles. Ethan is licensed in California. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Central Districts of California as well as the Southern District of Illinois.
