The Lanier Law Firm Places Four Attorneys on 2020 Texas Rising Stars List

HOUSTON –The Lanier Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorneys Natalie Armour, Reagan Bradford, Benjamin T. Major and Jonathan Wilkerson have been named to the 2020 Texas Rising Stars list of the state’s top young lawyers.

Ms. Armour handles complex briefings in trial and appellate courts in mass tort, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, and other types of products liability cases, personal injury matters, and business litigation. A key member of the firm’s talcum powder litigation team that won a $4.69 billion jury verdict against Johnson & Johnson, she has briefed appellate matters before the Texas Supreme Court, various Texas Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits, and the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. Ms. Armour received her law degree from the Texas Tech School of Law and undergraduate degree from Baylor University.

Mr. Bradford focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters, particularly those involving energy, corporate governance, securities, and antitrust.  He has extensive experience in federal and state courts across the country, including class actions and mass tort proceedings, and in arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining the Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Bradford served as Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary for a Fortune 500 energy company.  He earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Major’s experience includes representing financial institutions in commercial collection and lender liability cases; representing individuals in probate and personal injury litigation; representing municipalities in Section 1983 litigation; and representing various corporate clients in business, personal injury, and employment matters. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, he was an associate at highly respected law firms in Beaumont and Lubbock, Texas. Mr. Major received his law degree from the Texas Tech School of Law and undergraduate degree from Lamar University.

A member of the firm’s Business Litigation group, Mr. Wilkerson brings extensive experience in all phases of business, environmental, antitrust, and real estate litigation. His expertise includes fact gathering and support in governmental investigations; due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; and discovery, pretrial, trial, and post-trial support in patent litigation. He earned his law degree from the Texas Tech University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University.Texas
