We are investigating numerous lawsuits against the makers of Ozempic and similar drugs prescribed to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity.

Ozempic is part of a class of drugs known as glucagon peptide-1, or GLP-1, receptor agonists. These drugs mimic the hormone GLP-1, which stimulates insulin production and controls gastric emptying after food is consumed. While Ozempic is the most well-known of these drugs, they are also marketed as Wegovy, Mounjaro, Victoza, Saxenda, and Rybelsus.

Drug manufacturers have a legal duty to provide safe products, utilize good manufacturing practices, and provide accurate, complete warning labels so doctors and patients can make informed decisions.

There are reports that some patients have died after receiving these drugs, which is the cause of our investigation. Contact us now for a free consultation if your loved one died from treatment with this class of drugs.
