Lee Cirsch Named to 2019’s List of Southern California Super Lawyers

LOS ANGLES – Lee Cirsch, Managing Attorney of The Lanier Law Firm’s Los Angeles office, has been selected to the list of 2019 Southern California Super Lawyers. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Mr. Cirsch has been named to the prestigious list of the state’s top attorneys in the practice area of Class Actions & Mass Torts.

Mr. Cirsch was a key member of the firm’s trial team responsible for a $4.69 billion product liability verdict against Johnson & Johnson in July 2018, as well as in multidistrict litigation over claims of defective hip implants manufactured by DePuy Orthopaedics Inc.

Mr. Cirsch represents individuals and businesses in all facets of litigation. He handles mass tort products liability and toxic tort actions, consumer class actions, and personal injury matters on behalf of individuals and consumers. Mr. Cirsch also represents individuals and businesses harmed by acts of unfair competition and other tortious and unlawful business practices, as well as whistleblowers alleging False Claims Act violations.

To develop the list of Southern California’s top attorneys, researchers with Thomson Reuters legal division conduct a statewide survey asking attorneys to nominate their top legal peers. A blue-ribbon panel of lawyers then assists Southern California Super Lawyers staff with final selections. No more than 5 percent of eligible attorneys are named to the list each year.
