Personal Background
Ms. Weaver is a 1988 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law and a 1982 graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned her degree in business administration. Ms. Weaver has handled all types of civil and commercial litigation for a diverse list of individuals and businesses. In addition to commercial litigation, Ms. Weaver has handled cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, and premise liability. In 1994, Ms. Weaver was first appointed as a guardian ad litem and since then has served in that capacity in hundreds of cases.
When not practicing law, Lynda Lee enjoys playing tennis and watching professional tennis. She is active in her neighborhood, makes her own pasta, and entertains.
Representative Cases
- Successfully represented 18 adult eating disorder clients in a matter against a pediatric cardiologist healthcare provider and entities from wrongful terminal diagnoses and subsequent resulting serious injuries.
- Successfully represented a policy limits settlement for four family members significantly injured from an 18-wheeler crash on Christmas Day.
- Successfully recommended a 10-figure settlement of a Defective medical product used on a newborn to dispense glucose, which caused significant catastrophic injuries.
- Successfully represented by Pro Bono, a 9/11 client before the 9/11 Compensation Fund through the American Trial Lawyers Association – Volunteer helped bucket brigade on 9/11 and sustained respiratory injuries.
